Terms and Conditions

1. License and Usage Rights

• Single Teacher, Single Classroom Use: Each product is licensed for use by one teacher in one classroom. The licensed teacher may use the product repeatedly within that classroom.

• Additional Classrooms: If you wish to use the product in more than one classroom or across multiple grades, an additional license fee of 25% per classroom applies. Please contact us to arrange this.

• Online Institutions: Online platforms or institutions may not use, share, or distribute Little Mellon’s materials without explicit pre-approval and licensing. Unauthorized use by online institutions is a breach of these terms.

• Access & Printing: Purchased PDFs are password-protected. The password will be provided on your order confirmation page after payment. Copy/paste is not permitted. Printing is limited to 5 copies per purchase.

• Opens & Downloads: Each purchase includes 3 download attempts, available for 7 days after purchase. Once downloaded, the PDF can be opened unlimited times.

2. Prohibited Actions

• Sharing & Distribution: You may not share, distribute, or resell our products in any format, including sharing with other teachers, schools, or public platforms.

• Modification & Reproduction: You may not alter, adapt, or reproduce our products except as expressly allowed under this agreement.

• Creation of Alternate Versions: Our resources may not be used as templates or guides to create your own similar versions.

3. Intellectual Property
All products and resources are the intellectual property of Little Mellon Resources. Purchasing a product grants you a license to use it under these terms—it does not transfer ownership.

4. Discounts

• Minimum order of 10 books per category qualifies for wholesale pricing (25% discount).

• Orders of 30 books or more of the same line item qualify for a further 2.5% discount.

• Orders of 50 books or more of the same line item qualify for a further 5% discount.

5. Refunds
Due to the nature of our products (digital and/or printed educational materials), all sales are final. No refunds, exchanges, or cancellations will be granted once a product has been downloaded or dispatched.

6. Violations
Any breach of these Terms & Conditions will result in immediate termination of your license. You may also be subject to legal action.

7. Changes to Terms
Little Mellon reserves the right to modify or update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Please review this page periodically for updates.
